This contact portal has been designed in such a way that all necessary information to know and contact members of various departments of various institutions may be stored in a single database. Information may be recorded by the members themselves or by the respective institutions/departments. Recorded information is always editable by members themselves by the login. Concerned institutions/departments may edit members’ details which are related to them. An unlimited number of Phone Numbers, Email IDs, and Addresses may be added to a member by themselves as well as by concerned institutions/departments. That additional information is accessible by all of the concerned institutions/departments but editable by only the member.

Institutional Event Portal
This system is designed for the Registration and Certification of participants in occasional events like seminars, webinars, workshops, etc. held in an institute. Any department under the institute may enlist or update the events. All the entries will be displayed under the institutional events according to their date of occurrence. Not only that there is an inbuilt registration system for the participants, payment collection system and certification system.

Document Verification System:
Actually, it is the supplementary service of the previous one (i.e. event portal). With this service, any document (issued using this portal) may be verified with the Serial number of the document and the DVC (Document Verification Code). But no one will be able to verify a document without having one. It will help to check the fake document.

Integrated Membership Portal:
This is another initiation of the portal to get membership data and collect membership fees. This is specially designed for the Alumni Association and other independent bodies associated with the academic institutions, where has the membership facility. We (Docu enterprise) do not provide any membership to any individual and do not charge anything for the same. We only help the registered organizations (registered under govt. as well as within this website) to collect membership fees online. Collected fees will be transferred to the concerned organization periodically.

There are three types of plans available to the institutes (and their departments). Among them, the basic one is free forever. Features available in all of the plans are as follow. Docu Enterprise (or https://academicportal.in) will not charge anything to any individual for using the service.
