In the https://Academicportal.in there are two types of profiles viz individuals and institutes. We (Docu Enterprise / Academicportal.in) do not charge anything to the individual, but an individual may have to pay with this website (or another website operated by Docu Enterprise) to get a service offered by an institute registered with us. But we charge the institutes for some services. So there are two types of cancellation and refund situations.
To Individual
Cancellation and refund to an individual is subjected to the approval of the concerned institute, to whom it has been paid.
But in the case of the whole programme (e.g. an event) has been cancelled by the organizer (institute), participants may claim 90% of the paid amount within 10 days of such cancellation. 10% of the paid amount will be deducted as a processing charge.
The amount paid for membership will be refunded (90% of paid amount) to the individual if the concerned institute has rejected the application for membership. A refund will be made within 15 working days of rejection.
To Institute
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to the Institutes. If any of the paid services seem to be non-satisfactory to you, please write to us within this period, and we will refund you the full amount (except the taxes). This should fulfil the following conditions.
If you have collected any money from any individual( or other) you have to refund all these prior cancellations.
