1. Free service ( members profile and associate network website) will be provided to the institution only if we get there consent with in one month(30 days) of our contract with them (if made).

2. Online profile system and the network website may contain advertisement. Contents of the advertisement will be determined by the ad service providers.

3. After initiation of service, concern institution should insist members to register their profile. Within one month,the number of profile should be atleast 50. Otherwise the institutions network website may be suspended.

4. Space provided for the free network website is 10mb.

5. Associates are allowed to publish contens which are relavent to their institutes. If any associate website contains such content which may hert any person or religion or community or sex; the website may be suspended.

6. Docu enterprise have the right to change/ modify/extend terms and conditions any time with out any notice. In any situation the decision of Docu enterprise will be final.
